Gilles : Sweet Junie decided to join her little Gilles Gilles in Paris during some days.
I have to admit that it was quite hot for a summer in France...and there is A/C nowhere there !!!
We had the idea to take the tourist bus, that was a quite wise thing to do...you just have to take some pictures and Paris is yours !! We visit Eiffel Tower of course, had a private visit in the hearth of the original lift machineries. We went also to the "Grandes Eaux" at Versailles Palace but didn't see any King. Well, I saw my Queen there !!
Our plan was to visit the Catacombes, it was in our ‘must sees’ list, but we missed the opportunity to reach the famous gothic place….it’s only open 2 hours at 2 separate times a day….so Junie had to see it on a second trip to Paris !!!
